Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Integration:

Gather and unify HR data from diverse sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, performance management tools, employee feedback, and other pertinent databases. Develop and sustain data integration processes to guarantee accurate and current HR data for analysis.


Business Intelligence and Reporting:

Craft and develop detailed HR dashboards, reports, and scorecards that highlight key HR metrics and KPIs for HR leadership and stakeholders. Employ data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to produce user-friendly and interactive HR reports that facilitate self-service analytics for HR personnel. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR teams to identify their reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.


Data Analysis and Interpretation:

Perform comprehensive data analysis and mining to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations within HR data. Transform complex data findings into clear and comprehensible insights that inform HR strategy and decision-making. Provide ad hoc analysis to assist HR leadership in tackling specific HR challenges and opportunities.


HR Process Improvement:

Leverage data-driven insights to pinpoint areas for enhancement within HR functions, such as recruitment, talent management, performance assessment, and employee engagement. Work alongside HR stakeholders to design and implement data-informed HR initiatives and interventions.


Data Governance and Compliance:

Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of all HR analytics processes. Comply with data privacy and regulatory standards concerning HR data management.


Team Collaboration and Leadership:

Guide and mentor junior BI analysts within the HR team, providing support and fostering their professional development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR analytics with broader business objectives.


Qualifications

Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.


Professional Experience:

Demonstrated experience (5+ years) as an HR People Analyst or in a comparable role, showcasing a robust understanding of HR processes and practices. Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools, such as Power BI, OTBI, or similar platforms. Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience handling large datasets. Practical experience using Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) in Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and derive meaningful conclusions. Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and data extraction methodologies.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to non-technical stakeholders. Proven capability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Ability to navigate ambiguity, risk, and shifting project directions while thriving in a high-pressure setting.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
