Position Overview:
Oversees the reconciliation of financial data related to fuel deliveries and inventory across various locations by examining multiple data sources (such as sales figures, delivery records, and inventory levels). This role ensures the consistency of data provided by carriers and collected at fuel stations, identifies discrepancies that may affect facilities, addresses potential environmental and regulatory concerns (including leaks and fuel contamination), validates third-party billing and payment systems for fuel-related financial inaccuracies, and guarantees precision in financial postings and margin calculations to mitigate adverse impacts on profit and loss (P&L) from fuel charges.
Contributes to the oversight of critical financial metrics (including sales, costs, and inventory) that influence project margins by generating reports on locations with margin and inventory inconsistencies, advising senior management on corrective actions to enhance profitability, and collaborating with suppliers, merchants, and finance teams to resolve issues.
Evaluates pending fuel deliveries by recognizing trends across locations, communicating these trends through personalized training with carriers and fuel associates, requesting necessary legal documentation from carriers to support deliveries, and updating the access database with the latest information from third-party fuel systems for workflow and reporting management.
Facilitates training across various groups (including third-party fuel providers and new associates) to ensure accurate financial reconciliation by identifying skill gaps, proposing training content to address these gaps, developing training materials, implementing training sessions for all relevant parties, and providing feedback on progress and suggestions for improvement.
Exhibits current expertise and applies this knowledge to the formulation, execution, and enhancement of action plans by offering expert advice and guidance to others regarding the application of information and best practices, supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business requirements, and fostering commitment to perspectives and rationales.
Supports the implementation of business solutions by cultivating relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, executing necessary processes and practices, monitoring progress and outcomes, recognizing and seizing improvement opportunities, and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
Demonstrates adherence to company policies and procedures while promoting the company’s mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by integrating these principles into the development and execution of business plans, utilizing the Open Door Policy, and guiding others on how to apply these principles in business processes and practices.

The hourly wage range for this position is $26.00-$51.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be awarded, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances.
Premiums may depend on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.Minimum Qualifications:
