Pastry Artisan

At Lolo's Chicken and Waffles, we're seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you'll be responsible for creating a wide range of delicious bakery products, from breads and pastries to desserts and other sweet treats.

1. Preparation and Production: Prepare corn bread muffins, biscuits, and other baked goods according to our recipes and production schedules.
2. Ingredient Measurement and Mixing: Measure ingredients accurately and mix them to form dough or batter by hand or using electric mixers.
3. Product Development: Create new recipes and products to enhance our menu offerings and keep our customers coming back for more.
4. Quality Control: Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards for quality and presentation.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in baking and pastry arts, as well as excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. You'll also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be available to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
