Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our team at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating delicious breads and pastries that exceed our guests' expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads and pastries for our restaurants and bars
• Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance our culinary offerings
• Work closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a baker or pastry specialist in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong knowledge of bread-making techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
