Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the office is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Maintain and comply with established processes and protocols for office operations.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and organizing deliveries.
  • Conduct regular health and safety audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and guests, responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with building management, contractors, vendors, and staff members.
  • Meet and greet guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist with event planning and organization, including meeting room and desk bookings.
  • Support the VP of Property, Safety and Security with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in office coordination, health and safety, and facilities management is an asset.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when handling sensitive information.
