Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Processing Specialist to join our team at Staff Management | SMX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of mail and transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operator/Mailroom Associate: Operate Mail Extraction Equipment to group work into processible batches, and operate a variety of scanning and mail sorting equipment.
  • Batching: Open envelopes, extract transactions, batch checks, invoices, and coupons according to client instructions.
  • Dispatch Operator: Perform a quality review on all outgoing items, including HIPAA clients, and prepare outgoing packages for low/medium complexity remittance customers.
  • Process Work: Process work accurately and maintain performance output in accordance with client standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform minor adjustments and minor repairs to job-related equipment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 20 Pounds
  • Drug Test
  • Must be at least 18 years old
