LPN - Medical Support Specialist

Adecco Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our client's plasma team in Boise, ID as a Medical Support Specialist. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Assess donor eligibility, including managing informed consent, providing AIDS education, and conducting medical history interviews and acceptance checks.
- Perform physical examinations, blood testing, and review Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE) results.
- Evaluate donor reactions at the facility and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for medical emergencies.
- Collaborate with the Center Physician or Medical Affairs as needed.
- Champion vaccination programs for employees, including Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu.
- LPN license for ID State.
- BLS Certification.
- High School Diploma.
- Plasma knowledge.
- Venipuncture skills.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Competitive hourly rate: $28.00 to $35.00.
