Job Title: LPN - Medical Support Specialist

Adecco Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our client's plasma team in Boise, ID. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled LPN to work as a Medical Support Specialist in our plasma team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess donor eligibility and manage informed consent
  • Provide AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion
  • Conduct medical history interviews and acceptance checks
  • Perform physical examinations and blood testing
  • Review Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE) results
  • Evaluate donor reactions and adhere to SOPs for medical emergencies
  • Team up with the Center Physician or Medical Affairs for guidance on medical or technical issues
Requirements:
  • LPN license for ID State
  • BLS Certification
  • High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Plasma knowledge, Venipuncture skills, Bilingual
