Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  • Prepare for procedures, anticipating medical supply needs and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care delivery.
  • Support the organization's mission, vision, and values by applying knowledge of patient age, cultural diversity, spiritual, and emotional needs into the provision of patient care.
  • Contribute to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
  • Perform care requiring specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills based on the application of the nursing process.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure as a licensed practical nurse in the state of Arkansas.
  • Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions and irregular hours.
  • Physical requirements include balancing, climbing, crawling, crouching, grasping, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, standing, stooping, and use of fingers and repetitive movements.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be exposed to inside/outside environmental conditions, infectious diseases, blood-borne pathogens, and body fluids, chemical hazards, respiratory hazards, and radiological hazards.
