Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Prepare for procedures, anticipating medical supply needs and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care delivery.
- Support the organization's mission, vision, and values by applying knowledge of patient age, cultural diversity, spiritual, and emotional needs into the provision of patient care.
- Contribute to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
- Perform care requiring specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills based on the application of the nursing process.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure as a licensed practical nurse in the state of Arkansas.
- Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification.
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and irregular hours.
- Physical requirements include balancing, climbing, crawling, crouching, grasping, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, standing, stooping, and use of fingers and repetitive movements.
The successful candidate will be exposed to inside/outside environmental conditions, infectious diseases, blood-borne pathogens, and body fluids, chemical hazards, respiratory hazards, and radiological hazards.
