Correctional LPN

TK Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing exceptional patient care in a correctional setting.

Job Summary:

We are a correctional healthcare provider with a regional focus on our clinics in multiple states. Our team oversees the day-to-day healthcare operations in facilities with inmate populations ranging from 25 to nearly 2,800 inmates. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to utilize your medical skills to their fullest capacity in a safe, secure, and unconventional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to inmates in a correctional setting
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Conduct health assessments and screenings
• Document patient information and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Valid, unrestricted LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check
