Your Role:

The Exercise Technician plays a vital role within the exercise instruction team. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness at the fitness center, conducting instructional clinics, and serving as a welcoming host for facility visitors. Exercise Technicians contribute to fostering a professional, motivating, clean, and friendly environment for all fitness center clients.

Your Contributions to the Team:

- Perform all essential functions effectively. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with qualified disabilities.

- Answer phone calls and accurately relay messages.

- Assess members' pulse as needed.

- Assist members by correcting exercise techniques.

- Support members in managing their memberships according to department policies.

- Conduct tours of the center and provide comprehensive explanations of available services.

Qualifications:

Skills and Experience Required for Success:

- BLS Certification

- Nationally Recognized Fitness Certification or closely related personal training certification
