**The role youll contribute:**

The Exercise Tech is an important part of the exercise instruction team. The Tech performs the majority of cleaning responsibilities at the fitness center. The exercise tech provides instructional clinics and act as a host/hostess of the facility. Exercise Techs help to maintain a professional, motivational, clean and friendly atmosphere for the fitness center clients.

Answers telephones and accurately records and forwards messages

Assesses members' pulse upon request

Assists members by correcting exercise technique

Assists members in freezing/canceling or activating membership in accordance with department policies

Assists visitors by conducting center tours and providing a complete explanation of services

Qualifications

**The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:**

BLS Certification

National recognized Fitness or closely related certification or personal training
