Providence Careers is seeking an experienced Ambulatory Care Director to join our team. As a key member of the clinic leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, and developing clinical best practices. This role is an integral part of the clinic leadership team, bringing the professional nursing perspective and expertise to the group.

In this role, you will:
• Develop and implement clinical best practices to improve patient care and outcomes
• Oversee clinical staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed
• Coach and mentor clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements for this role include:
• Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or equivalent educ/experience
• 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
