Key Responsibilities- Inspect vehicles to identify damage and determine the extent of repairs needed
- Repair and rebuild automotive bodies and their accessories, including metalwork, painting, and refinishing
- Use specialized tools and equipment to diagnose and repair complex problems
- Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary training in automotive repair or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive body repair and maintenance
- Certification in automotive repair or a related field (e.g. ASE, I-CAR)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
