Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed grading plans, profiles, sections, and construction details
  • Perform earthwork cut/fill analysis and generate reports to support project designs
  • Create maps, diagrams, and figures for client documentation and technical reports
  • Produce technical layouts and construction drawings
  • Assist the team in fulfilling project specifications and requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting and grading plan development
  • Proven skills in drafting presentation and proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
  • Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel applications
  • Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
  • A degree in CAD/Survey Technology or Engineering is preferred
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational abilities
  • Enthusiasm for engaging in multiple projects concurrently
