iRiS Recruiting Solutions is a prominent player in the commercial construction sector, known for our dedication to quality and client satisfaction. We are currently seeking a proficient Construction Project Leader to enhance our dynamic team and contribute significantly to our clients' projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of assigned commercial construction initiatives, managing projects valued up to $15 million or a combination of projects that meet this threshold.
  • Supervise all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting through to execution, completion, and final delivery.
  • Create and uphold comprehensive project timelines and financial plans, ensuring compliance throughout the project duration.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and architects, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Identify potential risks proactively and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project quality aligns with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and daily logs.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any challenges.
  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure all costs remain within the established budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in managing commercial construction projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and best practices in the industry.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Valid driver's license.
