- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and manage financial products tailored for specific customer segments.
- Oversee product management and strategic initiatives for affluent checking and savings solutions.
- Provide leadership and innovative insights to guide product development and enhance customer experiences.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and regulatory assessments to inform product strategy and design.
- Develop comprehensive business plans and metrics to track product performance across various teams.
- Communicate product vision and strategy effectively, establishing clear goals and direction for product development.

Required:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, product development, or related fields.

- Strong grasp of banking products, especially checking and savings accounts.
- Proven ability to deliver impactful presentations to senior management, utilizing data to support strategic narratives.
- Detail-oriented with robust analytical skills, capable of synthesizing data for informed decision-making.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and a track record of successful product delivery.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- This position requires on-site presence at designated locations.
- Hybrid work arrangements are available.
- Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
