We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Center Director to lead our early childhood education program at Community Council of South Central Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities
- Manage center operations, including resource allocation and staff supervision
- Develop and implement effective programs that meet the needs of children and their families
- Collaborate with Content Area Managers to ensure high-quality services
- Recruit and train volunteers to support program goals
- Ensure accurate records and reporting

Requirements
- Associate's degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience working with children age birth to five in a licensed child-care facility
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
- Valid Class 'C' Texas Driver's License and reliable vehicle
