Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist First Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will provide direct support to surgeons and clinical staff throughout the surgical process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Position and prepare patients for surgery, ensuring clear visibility for the surgeon.
  • Assist in maintaining an effective operating theater and optimizing procedural care.
  • Control bleeding, close surgery sites, and properly dress wounds.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical process.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology or Surgical First Assist program.
  • 3 years of experience in surgical services preferred.
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or proof of current certification by a recognized certifying body.
