About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience, and a benefits package that includes fuel discounts, paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Balance cash registers accurately, handling customer transactions with attention to detail and precision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Perform various duties as needed, including cross-training in other departments and assisting with special projects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
