We're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them find what they need.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide fast, friendly, and accurate services to customers, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
  • Cash Handling: Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
  • Food Safety: Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
  • Additional Duties: Perform various duties depending on business needs, such as cross-training in other departments like Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.

Requirements

  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You'll work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You'll interact with customers, colleagues, and management, so excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Teamwork: You'll work collaboratively with your team to achieve common goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Adaptability: You'll be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
