As a Medical Laboratory Specialist, you will be responsible for performing, calculating, reviewing, and reporting laboratory diagnostic tests. You will possess basic laboratory skills, maintenance, QC, and troubleshooting abilities, as well as a deep understanding of the clinical significance of the testing performed.

In this role, you will work closely with our team of medical professionals to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality care. You will be responsible for teaching, training, and correcting procedural and instrument issues, with increasing responsibilities as you progress through the range of Medical Laboratory Specialist I to III.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in biological science or chemistry and Medical Laboratory Scientist certification. You will also need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends, with a pay rate of $35.50 per hour. Additionally, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 for new graduates and up to $5,000 for individuals with more than three years of experience.
