Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Five years of experience as a team leader or lead person in a commercial/industrial sanitation or healthcare-related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
