Adjunct Instructor - Computer Information Technology

Responsible for delivering instruction in the field of Computer Information Technology.

Applications for adjunct instructor roles are accepted on an ongoing basis and will be evaluated as opportunities arise. These roles are not current job openings. Instructors hired as adjunct faculty do not receive all the rights, privileges, and benefits associated with full-time staff. They are engaged on an 'as needed' basis and will serve for the duration specified by the respective course. Some teaching assignments may include evening and potentially weekend classes. Instructors are assigned to teach courses utilizing various instructional methods based on their area of expertise and the requirements of students and the institution, which may necessitate a physical presence at the designated work location.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Applied Science in Computer Information Technology or a closely related discipline.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of full-time professional experience in the computing sector.

Salary Classification: AH

Compensation is determined according to the Board-approved salary framework for the current fiscal period. Refer to Salary Framework
