Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and in-person
  • Analyze customer requirements and expectations to identify specific products and solutions
  • Solicit and sell new business policies to existing customers
  • Review renewal business and identify opportunities for growth and retention
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products to existing customers
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Assist with the annual review process by contacting customers and preparing personalized coverage recommendations
  • Perform risk analysis and underwriting
  • Client/Claims liaison
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to senior team members
  • Implement and adhere to company and agency guidelines

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree highly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience highly preferred
  • Good PC skills and basic math skills
  • Strong analytical capability and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills and Abilities

  • Bilingual (if applicable to area)
  • Current Arizona P&C license preferred but not required

Benefits
