We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Piedmont Rockdale Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients from birth through the lifecycle.
- Function within the framework of the organization's policies and procedures, demonstrating professional growth and accountability.
- Maintain standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- New graduates of a nursing program eligible.
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
- BLS certification required.
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable.
Piedmont Rockdale Hospital is a 34-bed unit that provides care to patients presenting with a wide range of problems, from life-threatening conditions to minor injuries or illnesses.
