Who You Are:
You are a compassionate individual ready to provide care that positively impacts lives. In this role, you will be responsible for administering oral and topical medications to residents under the guidance of a licensed nurse.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications and treatment services as per healthcare provider's directives
  • Supervising residents who self-administer medications, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Maintaining accurate resident records regarding medication distribution and incidents
  • Observing residents for safety and promptly reporting any changes in their condition to the licensed nurse on duty
  • Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, oral care, mobility, meal assistance, housekeeping, and laundry
  • Upholding resident rights and fostering a respectful and empathetic environment
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Successful completion of a state-certified medication aide/technician course is required. A current CPR/First Aid certification is also necessary, with updates as needed. Candidates must be capable of fulfilling the essential functions and responsibilities of the position.
