Job Details

SNI Companies is seeking a highly skilled Escrow Officer to join our team in Maitland, FL. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the escrow process from start to finish, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the escrow process, including preparing Closing Disclosures and ATLA Settlement Statements in accordance with CFPB/TRID and RESPA guidelines.
  • Review and manage documents such as surveys, sale contracts, preliminary title reports, and loan documents.
  • Coordinate with the title department to address and clear title defects.
  • Prepare and verify closing documents, manage the disbursement of funds, and handle recordable documents and title policy preparation.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer, preferably in a residential builder environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a fast-paced setting with a high volume of work.
  • Title software experience using SoftPro is a plus.
  • Active Notary Public certification.
  • Title or Escrow License preferred, if required by the state.

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts at $35.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based on your skills, knowledge, and abilities, including work experience. Insurance and other benefit options include medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability insurance, supplemental life insurance, health savings account, fixed indemnity plans, and voluntary benefits.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday (onsite).
