About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Connectivity Systems Developer to join our team at American Honda Motor Co. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge electrical systems and connectivity solutions for our ATV/SxS, Marine, and Power Equipment products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop complex component and system layouts for ATV/SxS vehicles, ensuring they meet targets, requirements, and manufacturing requisites.
  • Establish cost targets for responsible parts and optimize part/system designs to ensure targets are met.
  • Create and manage work schedules to ensure deadlines are achieved, and communicate project status in real-time.
  • Generate ideas contributing to the evolution of new technologies and lead the maturation of ideas to prepare for development application.
  • Prioritize, lead, and address market quality themes, utilizing problem-solving methods to analyze root causes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of Connectivity/APP development or related experience.
  • Experience determining and overseeing software development initiatives and estimating resource requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in defining and building Connectivity/APP products.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
