Phlebotomy Specialist

At Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist/Medical Screener to join our team. As a Phlebotomist/Medical Screener, you will be responsible for performing phlebotomy and donor screening duties to support plasma center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform phlebotomy and donor screening duties to ensure the safety and quality of plasma donations.
- Answer phones and greet donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and team members.
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company-approved procedures.
- Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our donors.
Requirements:
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
- Ability to hear equipment from a distance and fine motor coordination.
- Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1).
