Position Overview

We are currently in search of a Client Relations Associate to become part of our expanding organization.

Under general supervision, the Client Relations Associate will deliver support via telephone, email, and chat to external clients who reach out regarding payroll practices, human resources, software operations, and various technical and non-technical matters.

Work Schedule: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM AZ time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Actively participate in a collaborative customer service environment.

2. Efficiently manage daily requests from the client base.

3. Conduct thorough research to provide accurate and timely resolutions for client inquiries.

4. Ensure adherence to necessary audits and internal compliance protocols.

5. Support, educate, and develop the client base in alignment with our products and services.

6. Take ownership of client issues, ensuring effective problem resolution and process updates.


7. Foster and enhance client relationships through direct interaction, addressing client feedback, process improvements, software updates, and regulatory payroll matters.


8. Maintain a high level of expertise in Payroll, time and attendance, and HR services through ongoing training and personal development.


9. Provide extended business day support to clients when necessary.

10. Utilize strong customer service skills to build and maintain client trust and partnerships.

11. Engage in effective business and software best practice resolutions.

12. Participate in client retention strategies.

13. Analyze issues and deliver effective problem resolutions.

14. Exhibit a positive demeanor with both internal and external clients.

Qualifications

- Strong client service orientation

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Technical knowledge or aptitude

- Proficiency in mathematics

- Computer skills, including familiarity with Windows and MS Office applications

- Strong listening and verbal communication abilities

- Team-oriented mindset

- Organizational skills

Education & Experience

- Demonstrated knowledge of database, web server, and open-source technologies

- Familiarity with Payroll, HR, and Time and Attendance software systems

- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) designation.
