About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our cloud-native security services. As a Product Manager for Cloud-Native Security Services, you will be responsible for defining the strategy and roadmap for our Authorization service, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class security platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prioritize the feature set and roadmap for the Authorization service
  • Collaborate with application development teams across Oracle to understand their requirements and drive adoption of the service
  • Work with agile development teams to develop, deliver, monitor, and continuously improve the service
  • Document and explain recommended patterns, best practices, and anti-patterns
  • Present plans and results to senior management and other groups within Oracle
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Five or more years of product management experience, with at least half of it managing platforms and APIs
  • A passion for solving complex problems and a desire to dig into the details to understand why and how things work
  • The ability to put yourself in the position of an Oracle developer and understand what they need from our services
  • Strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • The confidence to ask questions and challenge both technical and business assumptions
  • Experience delivering cloud-native software and APIs through the entire software development lifecycle
  • Familiarity with authentication and authorization concepts, including identity management, functional and data security, role-based and policy-based security, etc.
