Blize Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated On-call RN/LVN to work night shifts from 5pm-8am, Saturday, or Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver and coordinate patient care during after-hours and weekends.
- Apply the nursing process to make clinical judgments and utilize critical thinking in an effective and efficient manner with supervision.
- Perform according to nursing standards and manage patient care, assisting others in the management of patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN/LVN.
- Current state license as a RN/LVN.
- Current CPR certification.
- Provide skilled nursing services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of skilled nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
