We are in search of a driven, customer-oriented Route Service Agent to manage and expand a local route. The Route Service Agent will make daily visits to deliver and collect customer products along an assigned route. This role is dynamic and involves both indoor and outdoor activities.

Routes are serviced during daytime hours from Monday to Friday, as we believe that nights and weekends should be dedicated to personal and family time.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction on your assigned route.
- Service your route by delivering to multiple customers daily, ranging from small businesses to major corporate clients.
- Utilize customer service and sales skills to naturally expand your route and earning potential.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with existing customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and grow the existing customer base, leading to increased commissions.
- Introduce new products to your customers.

Qualifications:
What you'll need:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid non-commercial driver's license in your state of residence and reliable transportation.
- Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication and language skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is preferred.
