Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Acro Service Corp, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency.


• Offer support and basic troubleshooting for ongoing operations. Conduct investigations, gather, and analyze data for assigned, recurring tasks.


• Define routings, methodologies, layouts, tools, cost structures, documentation processes, quality plans, and labor standards for modifications to existing operations and/or new components or programs of limited scope.


• Design and/or acquire tooling and mistake-proofing solutions for new processes and/or components.


• Engage in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.

Essential Skills and Experience Required:


• A minimum of one year of proven experience in factory support and manufacturing engineering knowledge (including routings, methodologies, layouts, tools, cost structures, capacity planning/line design, documentation processes, maintenance, quality plans, and labor standards, troubleshooting, etc.).


• Experience working collaboratively in a team setting.


• Proficient interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.


Preferred Skills and Experience:


• Familiarity with SAP systems.


• Knowledge of DC Electric torque tools.


• Understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).


• Experience with robotics.

Educational Background:

Ideally, candidates will possess a degree or equivalent relevant experience in:


• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or related fields.

Prior experience in manufacturing, robotics, or factory automation is advantageous.
