As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients experiencing critical illnesses requiring admission to the ICU
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Delegate nursing tasks to support staff based on patient needs and staff qualifications
- Monitor and manage acutely ill patients, including those with cardiovascular and respiratory conditions
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- 1 year of RN ICU experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications
