We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they enter our restaurant. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring seamless service and a positive experience for all guests.

• Guest First Focus: Deliver exceptional guest service, prioritizing their needs and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and effective service during meal periods.
• Time Management: Coordinate the operation of the dining room, adjusting seating flow to balance guests among service stations.
• Order Accuracy: Take to-go orders and ensure accuracy, providing a seamless experience for guests.
• Communication: Answer telephone calls and take reservations, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Physical Demands: Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours, maintaining a fun and positive attitude.
• Multi-Tasking: Effectively manage multiple tasks and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interpersonal Skills: Interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Work Experience: Previous experience in high-volume or fast-casual dining restaurant environments preferred.
