Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for building dies from complex blueprints, designing and building tooling, and repairing molds and dies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and manufacturing technologies, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in tool making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build dies from complex blueprints and design and build tooling
• Repair molds and dies, analyzing and troubleshooting problems
• Provide support to the production area by problem-solving and building tools
• Instruct Tool Room Apprentices and Jr. Tool Makers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years Machining/Manufacturing Technologies course completion
• Precision Instruments and measuring
• Print reading
• Machining processes and controls
• Quality Control systems and documentation
• Minimum of 4 years Tool Making experience
