Job Overview

Vistrada is seeking experienced Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Consultants to provide technical leadership and hands-on development of large-scale SOA based technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on development of large-scale SOA based technology solutions.
  • Strong architecture skills with an understanding and/or development experience in XML, SOAP, UDDI, J2EE, .Net, WS Security, ITIL processes, SOA Governance, Web Services Management tools, and Object-Oriented Programming.
  • Use hands-on experience with UML, Enterprise Architecture, and XML/Schema documentation tools to provide strong business process and requirements analysis skills.
  • Demonstrate experience with Enterprise Integration technologies, including MQSI, Message Broker v5/v6, WebSphere Process Server, or CrossWorlds.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
  • At least 7 years of experience with specific task order technology for Intermediate Level.
  • At least 10 years of experience with specific task order technology for Senior Level.
Additional Capabilities for Senior Level
  • Recognized for in-depth knowledge of a specific product or families of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) applications, products, and associated applications interface technologies.
  • Utilize technical area experience to assess the operational and/or technical baseline of an organization as specifically associated with its functional components.
  • Support delivery of SOA solutions, make infrastructure decisions, and use knowledge of open standards related to SOA such as Web Services (WS-*), XML, BPEL, SOAP, UDDI, J2EE, and Java.
  • Use knowledge of COTS software products related to constructing an SOA / ESB-based solution.
  • Maintain awareness of ITIL processes, SOA Governance, and SOA / WS and legacy interface mechanisms.
