Key Responsibilities
  • Operate at various stations across multiple assembly lines and in the Bakery, ensuring efficient production processes.
  • Monitor and inspect ingredients to ensure they meet quality specifications, maintaining the highest standards of quality control.
  • Perform backup duties as required and trained, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Gain and apply knowledge of production equipment, operating machinery as needed to optimize production processes.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with a strong foundation in basic math and reading skills.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus, with a proven track record of consistent work attendance.
  • Strong peripheral vision, good muscle coordination, and manual dexterity are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, with accurate and neat documentation when necessary.
Work Schedule
  • Available to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of overtime.
