Key Responsibilities- Operate at various stations across multiple assembly lines and in the Bakery, ensuring efficient production processes.
- Monitor and inspect ingredients to ensure they meet quality specifications, maintaining the highest standards of quality control.
- Perform backup duties as required and trained, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Gain and apply knowledge of production equipment, operating machinery as needed to optimize production processes.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with a strong foundation in basic math and reading skills.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus, with a proven track record of consistent work attendance.
- Strong peripheral vision, good muscle coordination, and manual dexterity are essential for this role.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, with accurate and neat documentation when necessary.
- Available to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of overtime.
