Job Overview

Position Title: Complaint Investigations Technician (Forklift Operator)

Work Schedule: 2nd Shift (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM)

Compensation: $28/hour

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Functions:

• A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a warehouse setting is highly desirable.

• Proficient in operating pallet jacks and forklifts for the movement of goods within the warehouse. Forklift certification will be provided as part of the training.

• Capable of unpacking shipments and transporting items to their designated storage locations. Weight may reach up to 50 lbs.

• Responsible for maintaining accurate warehouse inventory records using Excel or a database system.

• Upholds quality service by adhering to organizational standards.

• Ensures a safe and tidy work environment by keeping storage areas, pallet zones, and workstations organized; maintaining cleanliness in shipping supply areas; and complying with standard operating procedures (SOPs), rules, and regulations.

• Completes necessary reports by inputting required information. Data entry into reports is essential for monitoring and updating warehouse activities as needed via Excel and/or Word.

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Additional training on Complaint Investigations may be provided as required by the business needs.
