Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team at B Student Living. This role will assist the General Manager in managing all on-site operations and achieving property financial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in maximizing revenues and adhering to budgeted cost parameters.
  • Manage collections and oversee the billing of additional rental income.
  • Take service requests from residents and work with the maintenance team to ensure adherence to customer service standards.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to establish, implement, and monitor operational standards and procedures.
  • Assist with scheduling, organizing, and hosting resident functions.
  • Perform evictions as required and maintain awareness of customer acceptance and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in property management.
  • State leasing license or ability to obtain the required license(s) within the timeframe mandated by state law.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and strong computer technology skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and supervised team members.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Previous experience in student housing.
