Job Title: Partnership & Premium Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Partnership & Premium Account Executive. This role will be responsible for forging connections with national brands and expanding business opportunities for the team in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present customized sponsorship proposals to potential clients.
  • Work with the Partnership and Marketing Activation Coordinator to ensure all aspects of the contract are met.
  • Proactively reach out to potential sponsors through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
  • Act as the main point of contact for sponsors, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure the fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables and obligations.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings to pitch sponsorship opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in sports and entertainment.
  • Strong passion for developing positive sales cultures and long-term growth of partnership teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
