Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of stocking associates to ensure efficient and effective inventory management
  • Develop and implement processes to improve inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless inventory management and stocking processes
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement action plans to address inventory discrepancies and improve overall inventory management
Requirements
  • 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership
  • Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
