We are in search of a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to become a part of our team at our senior living facility.

Available Shifts: Part-Time and PRN shifts from 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.

As a premier provider of assisted living and memory care in the Western United States, Stellar Senior Living has been expanding since its inception in 2012, adding new senior living communities each year. At Worland Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, we prioritize our residents' needs, which is evident in the dedication of our team members who ensure that each individual receives personalized care and tailored activities.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients and conduct routine assessments
- Assist the clinical team in providing care
- Support RNs and other medical staff within the community
- Utilize computer skills effectively
- Demonstrate a genuine love for seniors.
