Identity and Access Management Specialist

NAM Info Inc is seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure identity and access management solutions to protect our systems and data from unauthorized access.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to IT teams on security best practices and incident response.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure our systems and data remain secure.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a strong understanding of authentication, authorization, multi-factor authentication, and federation.
  • 4 years of experience in information security.
  • 3+ years of experience in architecting solutions involving cloud service providers, such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present to various audiences and work to deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Available for occasional overnight travel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience in AWS or Azure environments, including architecture and security capabilities.
  • Knowledge of web application security, browser security models, and application security vulnerabilities.
  • Deep understanding of network attacks, DDoS, Phishing, email protocols/security/spam, encryption, authentication, logging, and log analysis.
  • Experience in managing and participating in incident response, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, SEIM, and Endpoint security solutions.
  • Strong leadership, project, and team-building skills, including the ability to lead teams and drive projects and initiatives.
