About the Opportunity
Join Syntricate Technologies as a Dimensional Inspection Engineer and contribute to the development of cutting-edge measurement solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional groups to deliver high-quality products that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Designing and implementing CMM programs to ensure efficient and accurate inspection processes
• Collaborating with engineers to develop and maintain CAD models and inspection plans
• Conducting dimensional inspections using CMMs, height gages, calipers, micrometers, bore gages, etc.
• Analyzing data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to improve product quality
• Developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of your colleagues
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize measurement processes and reduce costs

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or physics
• Proven experience in dimensional inspection and measurement technologies, preferably with a focus on CMM programming and operation
• Expertise in advanced math skills, particularly Algebra and Trigonometry, and proficiency in GD&T Math
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as Catia V5 or other solid modeling programs
• Experience with measurement software packages, including Spatial Analyzer (SA), Polyworks, Geomagic, Metrolog V5 and XG, Verisurf, PC-DMIS, Cam2, Imageware, or Metrix BuildIT

Benefits
We offer competitive salaries, up to $40 per hour on a W2 basis or $50 per hour on a C2C basis, plus benefits, paid travel time, and opportunities for advancement and lead positions.
