High Speed Signal Integrity Engineer Specialist

We are seeking an experienced High Speed Signal Integrity Engineer to join our team in Nashua, NH.
About the RoleAs a High Speed Signal Integrity Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, simulating, and characterizing high-speed electrical cable assemblies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop next-generation high-speed I/O interconnect products.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and simulation of high-speed electrical cable assemblies
- Component development and customer support for new product introductions
- Sharing knowledge and pursuing continuous improvement in methods and workflows
- Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to develop next-generation high-speed I/O interconnect products
- Providing solutions to customers across various sectors with their high-speed data transmission requirements, identifying and resolving signal integrity issues
- Supporting sales and applications engineers to develop strategies for product break-in at existing and new accounts based on signal integrity and electrical engineering expertise
- Supporting global factories for ramping up production by advising on methods and experiments of builds, measurements, and establishing test limits
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred
- Understanding of electromagnetic principles for digital signal integrity
- Experience with signal integrity and electromagnetic simulation/analysis tools such as Ansys HFSS and Designer, CST Microwave
- Experience with signal integrity measurements and debugging using TDR, VNA, pattern generators, error detectors, and similar measurement equipment
- Hands-on experience with frequency-domain and time-domain component and circuit characterization, including understanding of test and calibration methods
- Experience in component design and application of high-speed cables/connectors into communications equipment is a plus
- Experience with Matlab, ADS, and HSPICE is a plus
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth within a global organization.
