Communications Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, independent living, and assisted living facilities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by treating them in both inpatient and outpatient settings, often within the comfort of their homes.
Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance
$40 - $46/hour based on experience
This role requires a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and flexibility to travel between different facilities and patient homes.
The successful candidate will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy services, monitor patients' progress, document responses to treatment, collaborate with healthcare teams, and educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
