Procurement Specialist

The Procurement Specialist will work closely with the company's buyers and suppliers to ensure effective quality communication and documentation. This role is responsible for purchasing, inventory management, sourcing, negotiations, and vendor relationships. As a liaison between suppliers, customers, and internal team members, this position plays a critical part in maintaining our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchasing: procuring materials in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Inventory Management: tracking inventory levels and ordering material to meet demand while maintaining proper inventory levels.
• Sourcing: identifying and evaluating potential vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
• Negotiations: securing the best prices and terms from suppliers through effective communication and relationship-building.

Requirements:

• At least two years of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong negotiating, organizational, and administrative skills, including proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-departmental team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Results-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
